Got my audition results today for that local new dance company! I’m an “apprentice” which.. I’m… not 100% on the meaning of. From what one of the directors briefly mentioned I’ll be pulled in to various corps parts I guess? Not completely sure.
I’ll admit, I was hoping to actually be IN the corps, but! In all honesty, I’m just so excited to participate in this and to just… dance more. It’s what I really wanted - to get to dance more and perform more and grow more. So this is good!
Here’s to the next thing. First company meeting is this Saturday which I’m technically scheduled to work during? Uh… we’ll see how that works out. Maybe I can swap shifts.
